functionality of Collection Creator
v2.0 with the following:
- Toolbar
buttons for installed plugins
- Description field for each item,
displays within web search results.
- Ftp logging allows you to only
transfer new or modified files to
the server.

This patch fixes issues with
installer stating that version 1.1
of Collection Cruiser needed to be
installed before installing the
collection. This is an
accumulative patch that includes
Patch #1. This patch also adds
a locking mechanism to prevent
multiple users from accessing the
same collection file at the same
time.
